    The Fuzzie Corporate Club is a premium, invite-only membership that provides members with exclusive privileges from a wide range of merchants from dining, entertainment, groceries and beauty to wellness, travel, healthcare, kids, enrichment and more.

    For corporate clients, Fuzzie is designed to revolutionise your employee wellbeing. In addition to boosting your core employee benefits to be more more fun and holistic, your programme includes complimentary access to our Fuzzie Concierge, where our team will work with you to manage all your employee engagements, from carnivals, family day and dinner and dance to team-building, interdivisional competition, employee appreciation gifts and lots more.

    We'll work closely with you throughout the year to help you develop your strategy for elevating your employee engagements and execute them for you, handling all the ideation, vendor sourcing, negotiations, procurement and logistics. This saves you time and money to focus on the overall strategy while we do all the heavy lifting for you.

  • What is the Fuzzie Concierge and how can it help my company?

    The Fuzzie Concierge is a powerful and entirely complimentary value add service that comes together with your Fuzzie Corporate Club membership to help you revolutionise your employee engagement, from ideation all the way to execution. We do all the heavy lifting for you that includes strategy planning, sourcing and negotiating with vendors, procurement (consolidated as one through us), logistics, design and communication and on ground execution.

    We cover the entire spectrum of engagements, from team building, employee carnivals, wellness/sustainability programmes to family day, dinner and dance, employee appreciation gifts, employee retreats, learning & development programmes and CSR activities.

    The concierge will help you to manage everything like a full serviced event organiser, but without having to pay any of their fees!

    Actually, it is even better than your standard event organiser as we are able to negotiate the best and exclusive rates from our extensive vendor network, given the large volume of business we provide them from our aggregated platform across all our corporate clients on top of special marketing and platform services we offer to them. As such, not only are we able to be creative in organising your events, we are able to truly stretch your dollar to give you the biggest value in the industry.

    Additionally, we are able to synergise all your activities together under unifying themes as part of your overall strategy for the year. Every activity can be designed to further emphasize their Fuzzie welfare benefits, creating more awareness and excitement, resulting in high usage.

  • Who can access the Fuzzie Corporate Club?

    The Fuzzie Corporate Club is an exclusive club meant primarily for corporate employees and invited guests. You can access the Club if you have a referral or invite code.

  • How can I get my company to offer the Fuzzie Corporate Club to its employees?

  • My company would like to offer the Fuzzie Corporate Club as a staff benefit. How will this work and how much will it cost?

    It's great that you are looking out for the welfare of your employees and we'll be delighted to further boost that for you. We work closely with many companies to effectively engage and excite their employees on the Fuzzie programme. Many companies have also reported enjoying savings on their flex claims as Fuzzie lowers the costs for eligible services through our generous subsidies with partners.

    Fuzzie works on top of all your existing benefits (think of it as a welfare booster pack) and you can roll it out within a day. We'll provide all the marketing materials, email templates and co-branded assets to make it really easy for you to announce to your staff and look good too. For larger companies, we'll provide a complimentary live video session to help employees activate their memberships on the spot.

  • Which countries are the Fuzzie Corporate Club available in?

    The Fuzzie Corporate Club is available only in Singapore for now.

  • My company has an existing employee benefit programme for GP, dental and hospitalisation. Do I need to replace it with Fuzzie?

    Fuzzie works synergistically with all your existing programmes without any disruption. Think of Fuzzie as a wonderful booster pack to further enhance your employee benefits. We can help to fill in the gaps. For example, if your employee programme does not support core dental or dental cosmetics, your employees can use our dental privileges to enjoy substantial discounts on both fronts. Similarly, if your programme does not support employee dependents, they can use Fuzzie to extend healthcare subsidies for their family, including parents and their maids too.

  • Does Fuzzie offer insurance benefits and manage employee medical or flexi claims?

    We currently do not provide those services. Think of us as a welfare booster pack with lots of amazing employee benefits. Having said that, we'll be happy to recommend our partners who are excellent in providing those services that will let you enjoy special Fuzzie rates.

  • Does my staff need a credit or debit card to use Fuzzie?

    For corporate accounts, credit cards are not needed at all. Your staff will be able to activate their memberships and start redeeming their Privileges with the merchants right away. They pay the discounted rates directly to the merchant and not on Fuzzie. Some merchants offer special vouchers that members can purchase on Fuzzie. These are optional and only a handful compared to the thousands of Fuzzie Privileges available on the app.

  • Can the family members of my staff enjoy free access to the Fuzzie Corporate Club?

    We believe that family is the most important thing for employees and that any work-life integration strategy must involve the family. But we also appreciate the budget constraints faced by companies to provide this. To support families, we enable each staff to share their login details with a limited number of family members on separate devices, so that they can enjoy the company benefits too.

  • As a company, do I need to share any employee info with you to register new employees on the Fuzzie Corporate Club? What if my employee does not have a company email?

    You don't need to share any employee info with us to provide Club access for your staff. We'll first whitelist your company email domain. Your staff then simply download the Fuzzie App, enter the common corporate code we provide, register using their company email and agree to the privacy policy indicated. We'll verify the email address and provide immediate access.

    For your staff who don't have a company email, we'll create a separate code system for them to register using their mobile number/personal email.

  • How can I delete my account with Fuzzie and what sort of personal data will be kept by Fuzzie?

    Simply go to your Fuzzie App > Me > Request for account deletion and follow the steps indicated inside. Once your account is deleted, all of your data in Fuzzie will be removed.

  • If I do not wish to delete my account entirely but remove some data, which data can I choose to remove and how can I make such a request?

    You will be able to remove your credit card details on Fuzzie at any time. Go to Me > Manage Payment Methods > Select cards to remove. If you have accidentally made redemptions that you need us to delete, you can write a request to us at . Your profile information such as your Name, Email and Mobile Number can be changed at any time but you will not be able to remove the fields unless your account is deleted in its entirety.

  • How do I redeem my gift cards and vouchers?

    If you are redeeming a brick & mortar brand, press the Redeem button on your gift card/voucher when you are at the merchant store and present your phone screen to the staff to verify.

    If you are redeeming an online brand, press the Redeem button to obtain your unique code. Copy and paste the code either on the merchant's promo code section during checkout or on their Gift Card section. Follow the instructions given on your gift card/voucher.

  • Can I get a refund for the Gift Cards and Vouchers bought?

    Gift cards/Vouchers sold are final and we are not able to refund if you change your mind. We will help you if you face any issues redeeming your purchase. Drop us an email at if you need help.

  • Must I use my Gift Cards/Vouchers purchased right away?

    Your gift cards/vouchers are valid for a period of time and you can use them anytime during this period. You can check the validity period of the item in its T&Cs section.

  • Why is there a countdown timer shown after I choose to redeem my Gift Cards/Vouchers for online brands?

    Users have given us feedback that they were finding it increasingly difficult to separate their used gift cards/vouchers from the unused ones as they purchased more and more items. We have devised the countdown system to automatically separate out the used cards, making it easier for you to manage all your cards.

  • Can I still use my code on the merchant site after the countdown?

    Yes, you can. The countdown only moves the card to the "Used" section of your Wallet. Your code will still be active (as long as it is within its validity period) and you can still redeem it on the merchant site. You can retrieve your code at any time by marking your card as "Unused".

  • How long is the countdown for redeeming online brands?

    The countdown timer is set at a standard 60 minutes from the moment you press the Redeem button and approve redemption. The countdown will not commence if you do not approve redemption. You can redeem your gift card/voucher anytime during its validity period.
